I totally forgot to take pictures during the process but I did get a couple at the end. They were pretty easy to make and a nice change from regular lasagna.
I didn't follow this recipe AT ALL, well except for the rolling up part. I used the same ingredients that I use when making regular lasagna. Noodles, a big can of Prego, 1 lb of meat, cottage cheese and a bag of mozzarella cheese.
Here is basically what I did:
- Cooked the noodles
- Browned the meat
- Add sauce to meat
- Roll noodle out
- Spread a spoonful of meat mixture and a spoonful of cottage cheese
- Roll the noodle up
- Repeat for however many roll ups you make (I made 10)
- I poured the remained sauce and meat mix over the roll ups
- Covered with moz cheese
- Baked at 350 degrees and just waited for cheese to melt.
Here are my two pics.
